Getting your beauty box to you in pristine condition is important to us. We take a lot of care to ensure that your bountiful box of beauty arrives where and when it should.

What courier company do you use?

Your box will be shipped to you using Post Haste or Castle Parcels.

How will I know when my box has been dispatched?

You will receive an email to your nominated email address when your box has left our warehouse, this will include a tracking number which you can use to track your box.

What do I do if my box is not delivered when I expected it?

Check your tracking to see if delivery has been attempted - if it has call the courier to rearrange delivery.

If you cannot locate your box once delivery has been made, but the courier can demonstrate that your box has been delivered to your specified address, no further action from us will be taken and no refund will be issued.

If it is deemed your box has been 'lost in the post' a full refund will be issued.

If you cannot locate your item and it turns out to be an address error on your part no refund will be issued.

What do I do if I need to change the address that I want my box delivered to?

If you want to change your address prior to receiving your dispatch email, you need to contact the beauty crew at beautycrew@bestbeautyboxever.co.nz. Or you can Live Chat us HERE.

If you need to change your address after you have received your dispatch email, then you can contact us and we will inform the courier.  If we can't redirect your parcel and it returns to us, we will resend at your cost.

What do I do if my box arrives damaged?

We take considerable care in packing your box to ensure to the best of our ability that your box will travel and arrive as it should. Unfortunately sometimes damage can happen in transit that is beyond our control.

If your box arrives damaged, then you must contact us within 48 hours of it being delivered. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to your box and/or the products inside and a detail description of what has happened.

We assess damage claims on an individual basis and the more information you can give us the better.
