1. Parties

The Best Beauty Box Ever (referred to as BBBE) is a brand owned by Beauty Review NZ Ltd, a New Zealand Company. www.bestbeautyboxever.co.nz is owned and operated by Beauty Review NZ Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, “Our” “Beauty Review”).

“You”, “Your” “Contributor” refer to you the user of our website.

Products featured on our BBBE website may be available in other Countries. However material pertaining to these products is specific to the New Zealand market. BBBE services and give aways are restricted to only New Zealand residents residing in New Zealand.

2.  Overview

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The information, comments and reviews (“material”) contained on our website is provided for general information purposes only and does not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.

We do not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any of the material on our website.

We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred by you directly or indirectly which may arise from you accessing or relying on the material on our website or your use of our website.

4.  Your Obligations when using the website

 You shall only register once as a customer, and you understand that the opening of duplicate accounts will result in the termination of all of your accounts.

On submitting material, to our website/email addresses you agree to grant us a worldwide irrevocable royalty-free perpetual licence to use the material for any purpose.

You warrant that you hold the right sufficient to the material you submit to our website.

We reserve the right to:

⦁ Delete material from our Website
⦁ Remove any commercial or personal references in the material
⦁ Change the spelling or grammar in the material
⦁ Ban or remove any member from our data base and site at any time, without notice.

8.  Your use of the material on our website

You may print off download extracts of any pages from our website for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material on our website.

You shall not modify the paper or digital copies of any material you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you shall not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Best Beauty Box Ever shall be referenced as the independent source of any material reproduced from our website.

You may not use any part of the material on our website for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from Beauty Review.

If you breach any of the terms of this clause you shall return to us or destroy any copies of the material you have made and you shall immediately be removed from our website as a Contributor.

9.  Our site changes regularly

We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises we may suspend access to our website or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.

10. Our Liabilty

You use our website at your own risk.

We and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the use of our website by you, the material on the website or the products reviewed by you.

Should you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or misuse our website we reserve the right to remove you from our website as a Contributor and / or future Best Beauty Box Ever subscriber.

1. Date and timing:

⦁ Each release of a BBBE will clearly be marked 'On Sale' or 'Pre Order'.
⦁ Regardless of the type of release, payment will be taken immediately.
⦁ Each box description will clearly state a dispatch date and shipping time frame.
⦁ Each BBBE will remain 'On Sale' after the dispatch date until the allocation has sold out.
⦁ Each BBBE will remain available to buy as a 'Pre Order' until the allocation has sold out.

2. Eligibility:
⦁ The BBBE will only be shipped within New Zealand.
⦁ The BBBE is only to be purchased for personal use, without the intent to sell on for profit.
⦁ We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for on-selling or profiteering.
⦁ Beauty Review reserves the right to refuse sale of a Beauty Box for any reason or amend quantities ordered.

3. Product:
⦁ There is a limited number of each BBBE available. 
⦁ The contents of the box will not be revealed prior to purchase. You understand you will be purchasing a blind box of beauty products.
⦁ All stock is sourced from authorised New Zealand distributors.

⦁ Contents of the boxes may change from advertised if there are stock issues.  All box contents detailed on listings are correct at time of publication.  Replacement product will be of same or greater value, and still meet box submission criteria.
⦁ Availability is strictly first come, first served and Beauty Review Ltd takes no responsibility for 'missing out' due to banking errors (such as insufficient funds) or internet issues.
⦁ Stock availability is correct at time of loading, this may change due to other members purchasing before a user has checked out⦁ BBBE quantities are limited to one (1) per customer/household, per box allocation. 
⦁ We reserve the right to cancel multiple orders linked to one shipping or billing address.
⦁ Beauty Review Ltd is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products in the Beauty Box.

4. Pricing:
⦁ The cost of each BBBE will be clearly stated.
⦁ The total RRPs of the contents will always exceed the price of the Beauty Box.
⦁ The price of the box includes standard shipping. 

5. Payment
⦁ Payment for the BBBE can only be made by credit card.
⦁ Beauty Review will not have access to any personal information pertaining to bank accounts, for example card numbers.
⦁ Any refunds will be debited back to the member’s credit card used to pay for the products.
⦁ The reference on your credit card will be Beauty Review Ltd
⦁ Payment is made Payment Express integrated payment gateway.
⦁ Payment Express stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
⦁ All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
⦁ PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

⦁ Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
⦁ We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
⦁ We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Shipping:
⦁ The shipping date will be clearly advertised in the product description.
⦁ Delivery can be expected within 5 working days from dispatch.
⦁ Product will be shipped within mainland New Zealand only. No Chatham Islands or Stewart Island deliveries.

⦁ No shipment will be made to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

7. Gift Cards
⦁ Gift cards will expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
⦁ Gift cards can not be exchanged for their monetary worth.

8. Returns & Damages

⦁ Due to limited stock and hygiene reasons there are no exchanges and strict criteria around returns and damages.

9. Website Issues:
Beauty Review accepts no liability for any unforeseen technical issues that may arise due to the high traffic and heavy demand placed on www.bestbeautyboxever.co.nz when the BBBE goes on sale. We have taken diligent measures to prevent such issues. Any unforeseen problems will be attended to in a timely manner.

9. Other.
With respect to any materials you submit or make available for inclusion on the Site (for example 'unboxing' videos, photos or reviews) you grant Beauty Review Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials.

BEST BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Terms.

1. Terms of each subscription will be clearly explained on the Subscription Listing.
2. Terms will include how long the subscription is valid for, how many boxes it is for.
3. Subscriptions are non refundable.
4. Refunds will not be given for codes partially used upon expiry.
5. The cost of the subscription will be clearly indicated.
6. Subscriptions may NOT be purchased using discounts or gift cards of any type.

Subscription Codes.

1. Subscription codes will be issued within 1 working day of purchase.
2. Each Subscription Code will be unique.
3. Each unique subscription code will become the exclusive property of the person it has been emailed to.
4. Codes cannot be reissued, and will not be re-emailed.  It is the owner's responsibility to store their securely.
5. Code's may only be used on orders placed by the owner.
6. The number of uses for each unique code will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
7. Beauty Review Ltd cannot be held responsible for theft or misuse of the code.
8. Beauty Review Ltd will track code use and provide documentation of usage in the event of a dispute.
9. Any code misuse will result in immediate suspension of the subscription, no refund will be given for any outstanding redemptions.

Redemption.

1. The subscription code is to be entered in the promo code box when checking out.
2. Subscription codes must be used at the time of purchase, they cannot be applied retrospectively to orders.
3. The subscription code can only be used on single box orders.
4. Unless otherwise clearly indicated on the Subscription listing, codes may not be redeemed as part of specials, bundles or Gift With Purchase promotions.
